How do online lessons work?
You meet your teacher on a video call at your booked time. Lessons are one-to-one and built around real conversation. All you need is a device and an internet connection.
How do lesson credits work?
You buy a package of credits and spend one credit per lesson. Credits stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I change teachers?
Yes. You can book a different teacher for any lesson, and mix and match across a package.
Can children learn with you?
Absolutely. Several teachers specialise in young learners, with playful, game-based lessons.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel or reschedule 8 hours or more before your lesson and the credit returns to your account in full. Later than that, half the credit is returned.
How do I prepare for my first lesson?
Nothing to prepare. Your teacher checks your level in the first few minutes and builds from there.
