Cancel 48 hours or more before your lesson start time and the credit returns to your account in full. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson return 50% of the credit.
If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the lesson is marked as taken and the credit is spent.
If your teacher needs to cancel, you always receive your credit back in full and we help you rebook at a time that suits you.
You can reschedule freely up to 48 hours before your lesson at no cost, straight from your account.
Lesson credits stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
